Print Sizes and Pricing
All prints are produced using the Giclee printing process. The following numbers quoted with associated keys to paintings displayed within the various gallery sections of this web site, represent certain print sizes along with their prices. Canvas prints come stretched on a frame and are ready to hang. Satin Paper prints come rolled up in tube ready for mounting. Also I came arrange to get Satin prints mounted onto various types of substrate ie: card, artmount etc all enquiries welcome and POA applies.
Key to Symbols for Paintings
The following Letter Symbols are displayed with all
paintings for sale in web site galleries.
P - PRINT available, followed a Category number which indicates Sizes available and cost.
If any artwork's displayed have no Keys, then these are commissioned and are not for sale.

Please quote order no of artwork, print type of either Canvas or 180 gram Satin Paper Print and Category number required.

All prices shown on www.robfort.com web site are in New
Zealand Dollars (NZD) only. All extra charges ie; freight will be billed to the
customer in New Zealand Dollars.

Payment
All payments made to Rob Fort for artwork's, prints or commissioned work shall be made by any one of the following; Direct Bank Deposit, Money order, Cheque. No item will be dispatched until payment is received and any money order or cheque has fully cleared.
Packaging
The customer will be responsible for any extra costs incurred for the packaging of some items. Rob Fort will notify the customer by email of any such costs which may apply to the order.
Delivery/Shipping
Orders to locations within New Zealand are delivered using NZ Post. All orders will be charged at applicable Parcelpost (Courier) currently set out by NZ Post. Such cost shall be the customers responsibility, unless otherwise stated and will be added to any order placed by customer. It will be up to the customer to decide which type of service they would prefer, example; overnight. For international orders, Rob Fort will contact the customer by email regarding shipping requirements. Rob Fort will ship your order within 5 working days from the date of your order unless otherwise specified. Should any unexpected delays be present then Rob Fort will contact you by email with an expected time of departure.
Import, Customs Duties and Taxes
International shipping and handling costs that are charged to you the customer, do not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and / or taxes, then the customer is responsible for their payment.
Returns
No item purchased can be returned unless:
The artwork or print has suffered damage due to mis-handling
during delivery process, has been caused by the delivery company not the
customer. The customer must notify rob@robfort.com by email within 24 hours of
receipt of the package. You must quote your name, E-mail address, Description of
order and any details of damage. If so then the item must be returned in it's
original packaging and left the same way as it was received and unopened. Any
damage will be apparent from the outside of the packaging. The return package is
postmarked within 7 days of notifying Rob Fort by E-mail advising of any such
damage. If such damage occurs then it is the customers responsibility for any
return shipping costs. It is at the discretion of Rob Fort to replace / repair
the original artwork supplied to the customer, along with any prints which shall
be replaced with a completely new one. You may cancel an order at any time
'prior' to Rob Fort sending you the customer an e-mail confirming the shipment
of your order. To cancel an order, simply e-mail rob@robfort.com stating your
name and e-mail address and order requested. Any items canceled that have been
made up ready for shipment will incur a 10% fee. Rob Fort will acknowledge all cancellations via e-mail.
Privacy Act
The information you provide to Rob Fort in the course of ordering artwork's will never be given, sold or otherwise revealed to other persons, companies or organisations. Sensitive information (ie; bank account details) will not be held in any form and any such details will be properly disposed of once all transaction are complete. While you are browsing the Artwork By Rob Fort web site and using our services we collect some information. You may enter an email address, which will only be used for the purposes for which you authorised at the time of entry. This site will record your IP address for audit and statistical purposes. IP addresses may also be used to investigate fraudulent activities within the robfort.com website, should this be necessary.
Severability
In the event that any part of these terms and conditions be determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, then such terms and conditions will be severed from the remaining terms and conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be
construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
