PAINTINGS ON LEATHER
I started developing the concept of doing art on leather back in 1996. I have continued to hang lambs hides to drift wood collected (smoothed and oiled) from around New Zealand coastline ever since. Mainly airbrushed the wide range of subject matter which has been applied to this art form has been amazing and again commissions have made up a large part of this. A specialist type of paint is required for this work, in order to get good results. I'm sure you will enjoy this totally different art form in it's many compositions.
